Heart is Life Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the health of children and adults with congenital heart defects. The foundation adopts a comprehensive approach to healthcare, starting with the improvement of diagnostic methods and continuing through to treatment using the latest global techniques and methods.

Mission
To improve the ways of delivering healthcare to patients with congenital heart defects both locally and globally, and to provide training to medical teams on the most advanced and accurate scientific treatment methods. The expertise of both trainers and trainees is leveraged to treat the patients, who are the core focus of the foundation’s work.

• Ensuring accurate and efficient diagnosis for patients with congenital heart defects.
• Providing premier quality healthcare to heart patients.
• Establishing an integrated medical training center specializing for multidisciplinary in the diseases and surgeries of congenital heart defects.
• Creating awareness programs for the community about the risks of neglecting pediatric heart diseases and promoting optimal diagnosis and treatment approaches.
• Training and qualifying pediatric doctors at all levels, from pediatric cardiology specialists to enhancing the skills of interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery consultants.
• Utilizing specialized cardiac medical devices and training medical teams from inside and outside universities on their use, in addition to employing advanced simulation technologies to prepare a highly trained generation to serve patients nationally and regionally.
• Collaborating with international organizations and associations specializing in pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery to exchange expertise.
• Inviting international medical teams through cooperation protocols with highly experienced medical and training institutions to enhance the level of service providers and treat complex cases.
• Collaborating with various scientific and research bodies to raise the level of researchers in the field of congenital heart diseases, and offering grants to outstanding researchers to conduct studies that contribute to improving medical services locally and internationally.

Assisting neighboring and underserved countries in Africa and the Arab world with pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery services to serve patients regardless of color, race, or religion.
